MRO Benefits is a Washington-based insurance brokerage rooted in Ballard with a mission to bring clarity, heart, and local expertise to employee benefits and medical insurance. We help small businesses offer health coverage that supports their people without creating administrative headaches. We consult businesses and create CUSTOMIZEd medical insurance planS plus ancillary lines. Our goal is to create Budget Conscious Plans, ease of enrollment, compliance, and various brokered carriers / trusts into their benefits program.
Meet the Principal
Mike O’Halloran is a Washington native and University of Washington alum with more than 20 years of experience in health insurance. He spent nearly two decades at Mutual Benefits, building deep relationships across the state, before deciding to branch out on his own to bring a more personal, nimble approach to benefits. Mike specializes in the small group medical market along with individual lines of coverage. He lives in Ballard with his wife and enjoys music, traveling and being out on the Sound.
